Custom Metal Oregon - COR-TEN Sculpture Project Begins

Two years after installing the tasting bar, hoods, sinks, and countertops in the tasting room at Soter Vineyards the owners asked us to create a sculptural metal insert for the fireplace. Visitors to the winery are likely to notice mounds of collected fallen limbs in the surrounding oak groves. The stacks of sticks and the resulting celebratory summer solstice bonfire were the inspiration for this sculpture.

The sculpture was shop fabricated starting with mocked up fireplace and a stack of sticks.

Custom Metal Oregon - Ultimate Kitchen Lives On at the Expo Center Oct. 22-24

This beauty will be on display at the Expo Center’s Baby Boomer Show in Portland this Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
